With a background in accounting and business processing outsourcing, I'm comfortable diving into the numbers and analyzing the big picture to develop and streamline frameworks. I've worked with companies to identify top-performing segments through data analysis and restructured marketing efforts to effectively capture those results - one client saw CPAs fall 29% while conversions increased 12%.
To engage customers, you need to seamlessly blend creativity with insights from your data. People remember the unexpected and the extraordinary, so those are the types of campaigns that I strive to create. Working within brand guidelines, I work with clients to innovate and create new and exciting experiences for their customers. For one client, we promoted a grand opening celebration and had great results.
